Our machine fleet
Every machine we own, one row per physical unit. Update the status
and site fields any time a machine moves — from a customer site back to storage,
or out to a new placement — so it's easy to see what's ready to go back out earning.
Seed data notice: the 6 machines below are placeholders pulled from the
current live site's model list (one example row per model). Real per-unit status and site
assignment still needs to be filled in — ask Claude to update a row, or edit
data/machines.json directly.
